Job summary
West Shore is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment community. The role involves leading the maintenance team, overseeing work orders, and ensuring timely repairs and make-readies.

Qualifications
- Experience in skilled advanced trades and maintenance work.
- Ability to manage staff and prioritize workload.
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage staff and oversee all maintenance workload.
- Ensure work orders and make-readies are completed promptly.
- Coordinate projects and maintenance with the Community Manager.
- Perform minor electrical maintenance (fixtures, bulbs, outlets) with appropriate tools.
- Perform minor plumbing maintenance (leaks, drains, lines).
- Perform minor painting, carpentry and masonry work.
- Maintain HVAC systems and diagnose/repair as needed.
- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals for maintenance tasks.
- Respond to after-hours emergencies and flexible hours as needed.
