Job summary

West Shore is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment community. Under supervision, you will oversee maintenance operations, coordinate projects, and ensure timely completion of work orders and make-readies.

The role requires hands-on trade skills, supervisory experience, and the ability to respond to emergencies after hours. Competitive hourly pay with benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• HVAC certified and able to maintain, repair and replace systems.
• Basic electrical skills including wiring, outlets, and fixtures.
• Basic plumbing repair and maintenance for leaks, drains and fixtures.
• Experience with carpentry, painting, and masonry work as needed.
• Strong time management to schedule and complete work orders on time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and oversee workload.
• Ensure work orders and make-readies are completed promptly.
• Coordinate with Community Manager to complete projects efficiently.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance and servicing of fixtures and systems.
