MMS Group in Ashtabula, OH is seeking a live-in Maintenance Superintendent for a 120-unit residential property. You will handle inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs across plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

You will also process work orders, coordinate turnovers, and ensure safety compliance with building codes. This role requires five+ years in residential multifamily maintenance, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and boiler/fire safety licensing.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of residential multifamily maintenance or property management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license; boiler and fire safety licenses.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and boilers.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders efficiently.
• Schedule and assist with apartment inspections and turnovers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry issues.
• Maintain preventative maintenance records and safety standards.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies per company policy.
• Ensure building codes compliance and snow removal when needed.
