Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Maintenance leader to implement the Maintenance Foundations and NAOOMI elements across assigned categories. You will coordinate between Category Engineering, Hub Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and factory personnel to coach and train sites in the Nestlé Maintenance Strategy.

Responsibilities include developing maintenance packages, budgeting, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Food Engineering.
• 20+ years in food/beverage or consumer products industries.
• 7+ years in technical leadership with maintenance responsibilities.
• Travel at least 50% domestically.
• Strong PM/TPM knowledge and CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, improve, and implement the Category maintenance strategy to deliver goals.
• Report team performance to leadership and global maintenance orgs.
• Align maintenance objectives with market roadmaps and KPIs.
• Build factory competency through visits and training.
• Manage M&I budgets for reliable equipment at optimal cost.
• Champion Nestlé leadership behaviors and drive results.
