Nestlé USA is seeking a seasoned Maintenance leader to deploy the Maintenance Foundations and drive the NAOOMI framework across assigned categories. You will coach factories, implement PM methodologies, and manage budgets for reliable equipment at optimal cost.

Your role connects Category Engineering, Hub Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and on-site factory personnel to achieve best-in-class maintenance performance and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Food Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in a technical role with several years leading maintenance in manufacturing.
• Ability to travel at least 50% domestically.
• Strong knowledge of PM systems, TPM, and CMMS/AMM.
• Experience leading a Maintenance Improvement Team.

• Evaluate and implement maintenance strategy to meet category goals.
• Report team performance to Corporate Engineering and Leadership teams.
• Ensure alignment with market roadmaps and KPIs.
• Develop and manage M&I budgets and spare parts planning.
