Job summary

Nestlé USA in Solon, OH is seeking a Maintenance Improvement lead to implement the maintenance foundations and NAOOMI elements for the assigned categories. The role serves as the key liaison between Category Engineering, Hub Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and factory personnel to drive cost-effective maintenance execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 20+ years experience in food/beverage/consumer goods industries.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% domestically.
• Strong knowledge of PM systems and TPM impact.
• Experience leading a Maintenance Improvement Team.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and lead across multiple levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement maintenance strategy to meet category goals.
• Lead reporting to Corporate Engineering and Global Maintenance.
• Ensure KPIs align with market roadmap and programs.
• Oversee maintenance budgets and M&I planning.
• Coach factories on maintenance best practices.
• Promote safety, environment and quality standards.
