Nestlé USA is seeking a Corporate Maintenance Engineering Expert based in Solon, OH (with option to work at other Midwest plants). You will implement maintenance foundations, coach factories, and drive Nestlé’s maintenance strategy across categories at optimal cost.

Responsibilities include coaching, training and assessing maintenance capability, leading asset management and digital solutions adoption (PM, AMM, EFCA), and ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and sustainability standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/food engineering or related field; 7+ years in maintenance in food/consumer goods preferred.
• Experience leading maintenance improvements in a factory setting.
• Knowledge of CMMS and SAP AMM modules.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and implement maintenance strategy to achieve category goals.
• Provide regular reporting to Corporate Engineering, Technical & Production Leadership, and Global Maintenance.
• Align objectives with Market roadmap and KPIs.
• Coach and develop factory maintenance teams; ensure effective action plans.
• Lead asset management, budget planning, and spare parts governance.
• Implement PM, AMM, EFCA and other digital maintenance solutions.
• Promote Nestlé Leadership Behaviors and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality system alignment.
