Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) seeks a skilledMaintenance Technician to perform expert break-fix and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems within a factory setting.

The role includes troubleshooting control systems, conducting predictive analyses, leading CI initiatives, and maintaining accurate CMMS records. Candidates should have an associate technical degree or equivalent experience and be capable of extensive hands-on repair work.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with a technical focus and 7+ years of related experience in the industry; or 10+ years in the industry.
• Proficiency with predictive technologies including vibration analysis, laser interferometer operations, and maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert level break-fix and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Program, troubleshoot and analyze complex control systems to resolve software/hardware issues.
• Lead CI activities to drive process improvements and cost savings.
• Identify and source parts, supplies, and repairs; propose engineered solutions to improve reliability.
• Comply with 5S and housekeeping standards and safety policies.
• Travel may be required to ATS sites and workshops.
• Update CMMS records, review history, and contribute to cost analyses and proposals.
