Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Kansas City, MO to oversee maintenance, engineering, and technical operations within a fast-paced beverage production facility. You will drive equipment reliability, lead maintenance teams, and advance preventive/predictive maintenance, automation controls, and capital projects while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Maintenance and 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing are

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of leadership experience in maintenance or manufacturing operations.
Experience in beverage/bottling/injection molding/blow molding; knowledge of preventive maintenance and reliability practices; familiarity with PLCs and automation.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to maintenance and technical teams to maximize equipment availability.
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance for production equipment and facilities.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, automation, and controls issues.
Manage site utilities and facility infrastructure for reliable operations.
Lead equipment upgrades, capital projects, and process improvements.
Maintain maintenance planning, inventory strategies, and supplier relationships.
Champion reliability, efficiency, quality, and safety programs.
Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
