Job summary
DSJ Global is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a premier beverage manufacturer in Western Washington. The role oversees maintenance across multiple fast-paced lines, driving reliability, safety, and continuous improvement in a 24/7 operation.
The candidate will lead a maintenance team, implement preventive/predictive programs, and manage CMMS, spare parts, and planning. A background in high-speed packaging and strong PLC/electrical skills are required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- 3+ years of leading teams.
- Experience in beverage/CPG/high-speed packaging preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting incl. PLCs.
- Hands-on CMMS and PM/PdM programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead plant maintenance team across all shifts.
- Own equipment reliability for high-speed lines.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Manage CMMS, work orders, inventory, and scheduling.
- Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions.
- Oversee maintenance budget, vendors, and capex projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, LOTO, and GMP standards.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering to hit KPIs.
- Coach and develop the team and promote improvements.
