Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in maintenance or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in beverage/bottling/injection molding/blow molding; knowledge of preventive maintenance and reliability practices; familiarity with PLCs and automation.

Responsibilities

An industry leading beverage manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance, engineering, and technical operations within a fast-paced production environment. This position will be responsible for enhancing equipment reliability, optimizing operational performance, leading maintenance teams, and driving continuous improvement efforts across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to maintenance and technical teams to support operational goals and maximize equipment availability.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives for production equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, automation, and controls-related challenges.
• Manage site utilities and facility infrastructure to ensure reliable operations.
• Lead equipment upgrades, capital projects, and process improvement activities.
• Maintain maintenance planning processes, inventory strategies, and key supplier relationships.
• Champion reliability, efficiency, quality, and safety improvement programs.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience within maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience working in beverage/bottling/injection molding/blow molding
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, reliability practices, PLCs, automation, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, managing projects, and improving operational performance.
• Experience working within cGMP, FDA-regulated, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
