Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. in Missouri seeks a Maintenance Technician to uphold production equipment, perform preventive and repair maintenance, and support line changeovers. You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems to ensure safety, quality, and uptime.

As part of a GMP environment, you will follow health and safety policies, wear PPE, and collaborate with production and other teams to resolve issues quickly and train junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and GMPs; wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Report problems with the FSMS to initiate corrective actions.
• Perform repair maintenance, preventive maintenance, and line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot machinery (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic).
• Maintain production supporting equipment (glycol, RO, compressed air, lubrication, chemical distribution).
• Use innovative thinking to minimize downtime and ensure food safety and product quality.
• Document and retrieve approvals on work orders and track part numbers.
• Communicate maintenance and production information between shifts.
• Assist in training maintenance personnel and coordinate with production during downtime.
