Job summary

Premium Waters is seeking a Manager of Maintenance in Riverside, MO to lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and cost containment in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing plant.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5 years of maintenance experience in beverage manufacturing, CMMS proficiency, GMP/FDA/SQF knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years manufacturing maintenance experience with injection or blow molding.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience in beverage, food or liquid consumer products preferred.
• Extensive CMMS knowledge.
• GMP, sanitation standards and FDA/SQF requirements experience.
• Knowledge of equipment lines: debagging, tray packaging, fillers, labelers, palletizers, conveyors; Krones knowledge a plus.
• 3 years of managing groups to achieve production, safety, quality objectives.
• Ability to work flexible hours across shifts.
• Strong communication, organization and computer skills.
• Negotiation and listening skills.
• MS Office skills.
• Independent, self-starter, energetic.
• CMMS usage knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance technicians to meet safety, quality, productivity and cost targets.
• Oversees repair and maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Manages department budget and payroll related tasks.
• Trains, develops staff and participates in hiring/terminations.
• Ensures GMP/HACCP/SQF/FDA compliance.
• Schedules and staffing coordination to meet production needs.
• Implements process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
• Maintains CMMS records and equipment history.
