Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager in Minneapolis, MN. This leadership role requires 10+ years in industrial maintenance with 5+ years in leadership, focusing on improving equipment uptime, reliability, and a proactive maintenance culture.

Qualifications

10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
5+ years of maintenance leadership experience.
Strong troubleshooting background in manufacturing equipment with hydraulics and pneumatics.
Experience developing maintenance teams and leading root cause analysis.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop maintenance supervisors and technicians, set accountability and performance expectations, and build technical capability.
Support recruiting, onboarding, and workforce development, and foster a culture of ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Improve equipment uptime and reliability, reduce repeat failures and chronic downtime, and lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives and develop long-term equipment replacement and asset management strategies.
Provide technical leadership across mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial electrical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, and automated manufacturing systems.
Improve maintenance planning and execution, prioritize resources, monitor work backlog and effectiveness, and coordinate with production.
Support spare parts and maintenance inventory strategies.
Lead the Facilities Maintenance function, manage contractor relationships and performance, coordinate facility and infrastructure projects, and support after-hours facility response when required.
