Job summary

Jobot is seeking a maintenance leader in a manufacturing environment to develop and enforce maintenance procedures, oversee repairs, and lead a team of technicians. The role focuses on PLC troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance to keep complex equipment operating reliably.

You will collaborate with other managers to optimize production processes and ensure procedures are implemented effectively, driving uptime and performance improvements across the plant.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a maintenance leadership role within manufacturing.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Solid understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Keep a maintenance log and report on daily activities.
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
