Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a 24-hour manufacturing site, reporting to the General Manager. You will own capital projects, safety compliance, and asset reliability across the plant, guiding maintenance supervisors and automation engineers to improvements and reliable operation.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance management, 10 years in an industrial setting, a Bachelor's in engineering (or equivalent), and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance management or supervisory experience.
• 10 years of experience in an industrial setting.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, 24 hour manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance supervisors and automation engineers, owning maintenance processes, new installations and equipment improvements
• Develop and manage capital investment and automation strategy, including project scope, schedule, budget and risk
• Own plant wide safety compliance across mobile equipment, crane safety, arc flash and fire protection programs
• Apply root cause analysis and reliability centered maintenance principles to drive continuous asset reliability improvement
• Prepare and manage the annual maintenance operating budget
• Troubleshoot complex integrated electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment hands on
• Maintain NADCAP and other required certifications across the maintenance function
