Jobot is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager in Morris, MN to lead maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility. You will supervise maintenance personnel, drive preventive maintenance initiatives, and ensure equipment reliability to support efficient plant operations.

You will oversee CMMS activities, maintenance scheduling, troubleshooting efforts, and inventory management while collaborating with production and project teams.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs, automation, and CMMS systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, and maintenance personnel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the maintenance team.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Oversee PLC troubleshooting and automated equipment support.
