Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Lorain, Ohio to lead maintenance and engineering operations for a 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will own capital projects, safety compliance, and asset reliability across the site, reporting directly to the General Manager.

The role requires 5+ years of maintenance management experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent), and a proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance management or supervisory experience.
• 10 years of experience in an industrial setting.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance supervisors and automation engineers, owning maintenance processes, new installations and equipment improvements
• Develop and manage capital investment and automation strategy, including project scope, schedule, budget and risk
• Own plant wide safety compliance across mobile equipment, crane safety, arc flash and fire protection programs
• Apply root cause analysis and reliability centered maintenance principles to drive continuous asset reliability improvement
• Prepare and manage the annual maintenance operating budget
• Troubleshoot complex integrated electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment hands on
• Maintain NADCAP and other required certifications across the maintenance function
