Jobot is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and reliability in a high-volume food manufacturing facility in Middlebury, IN. You will lead preventive and predictive maintenance, manage a team of technicians, and drive continuous improvement to maximize uptime and safety.

Responsibilities include developing PM programs, managing the budget, coordinating with other departments, ensuring HACCP compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in maintenance management within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, budgeting, and PLCs.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
• Oversee maintenance budget and cost efficiency.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team with a culture of teamwork and learning.
