Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead a site-based maintenance operation and develop the next generation of maintenance leaders. You will oversee Maintenance Managers and their teams, balance preventative maintenance with real-time problem solving, and drive safety, innovation, and continuous improvement across an 80+ person organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of managing large complex facilities organizations.
7+ years of senior management and leadership responsibilities.
6+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
6+ years of leading multiple layer organizations.
6+ years of senior leadership development and talent management experience.
6+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets, RCA, and CI.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and mentorship to Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers.
Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs, manage site budgets and capex.
Ensure safety protocols across all operational areas and enforce maintenance execution.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external contractors; ROI decisions for equipment end-of-life.
Travel domestically up to 15% to support network initiatives across sites.
