Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across the site, developing the next generation of maintenance leaders and overseeing Area Maintenance Managers and their teams.

You will blend strategic planning, financial management, and leadership development while managing preventative maintenance programs and coordinating with operations teams. A culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement is central to this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time Exempt experience.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets, RCA, and CI experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Area Maintenance Managers and their teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive preventative maintenance programs and manage budgets.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and partner with site Safety leadership.
• Manage capital spending plans and coordinate with external contractors.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network initiatives.
