Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets, performing RCA, and CI initiatives.
• 4+ years of communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Area Maintenance Managers and their teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive preventative maintenance programs and manage budgets.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and partner with site Safety leadership to audit programs.
• Manage capital spending plans, coordinate external contractors, and drive cost efficiency.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network-level initiatives.
