Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to transform workplace environments by leading site-based maintenance operations and developing the next generation of maintenance leaders. You will oversee Maintenance Managers and their teams, develop strategic maintenance programs, and drive operational excellence across your site.

You will balance proactive planning with real-time problem resolution while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing large, complex facilities organizations.
• 7+ years in senior management and leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers, fostering growth and talent across the organization.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs, manage site budgets and capital plans, drive continuous improvement and maximize uptime.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and partner with site leadership to enforce safe work practices.
• Manage vendor relationships, coordinate external contractors, guide equipment end-of-life decisions using ROI analysis.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network initiatives across multiple sites.
