Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead site-based maintenance operations and develop the next generation of maintenance leaders. You will oversee Maintenance Managers, drive strategic maintenance programs, and balance proactive planning with rapid issue resolution while promoting safety and continuous improvement across a team of 80+.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of managing large complex facilities organizations experience.
• 7+ years of senior management and leadership responsibilities experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time Exempt experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers, fostering professional growth and high performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive preventative maintenance programs and manage site budgets and capital spending.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols across all areas and partner with site leadership on maintenance execution.
• Manage vendor relationships, coordinate contractors, and provide technical leadership on equipment end-of-life decisions using ROI analysis.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network-wide initiatives across multiple sites.
