Qualifications

• Advanced training beyond High School that includes the completion of technical training.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills/competency in Microsoft Office, BAS, Pneumatic Tube Systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and technical repairs on complex facility systems.
• Diagnoses and implements repairs for Utility and Infrastructure Systems.
• Installs/replace and maintains building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and controls systems.
• Operates and monitors advanced utility equipment and uses building automation systems to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintains vacuum, compressed air, and medical gas systems.
• Reads blueprints and Life Safety drawings for accurate task completion.
