Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in relatable industrial/trades maintenance or operations.
• Ability to read blueprints, Life Safety drawings and manuals for accurate task completion.
• Strong knowledge of building automation systems and control devices.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and technical repairs on complex facility systems.
• Diagnoses and implements repairs for Utility and Infrastructure Systems.
• Installs/replace and maintains building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and controls systems.
