Qualifications

• Advanced training beyond High School that includes the completion of technical training.

• 2–4 years of experience in relatable industrial/trades maintenance or operations.
• Proficiency with CMMS, Microsoft Office and Building Automation Systems.
• Ability to work with minimal oversight and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conducts preventive maintenance on basic facility systems and documents tasks in CMMS.
• Assists in evaluating and troubleshooting basic building system failures and performs repairs as directed.
• Operates and monitors basic Utility System Infrastructure.
• Assist in maintaining fire alarm and protection systems.
• Supports installation of building hardware, electrical devices, and wall finishes under supervision.
• Maintains preventive maintenance records and equipment repair files.
