Responsibilities

• Maintain patient care equipment (beds, wheelchairs, etc.).
• Maintain HVAC, refrigeration, piping, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Respond to emergencies and building occupant requests; perform preventive maintenance.
• Read blueprints and maintenance manuals.
