Job summary

Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, located on Oahu, Hawaii, seeks a Planner/Scheduler III to ensure safe and efficient maintenance operations. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate resources across maintenance, manufacturing, and engineering teams.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering & Facilities, this full-time on-site role emphasizes CMMS data integrity, master scheduling, and regulatory compliance to optimize labor and materials usage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project planning, coordinating, and scheduling.
• Hands-on CMMS experience and data management.
• Strong collaborative and cross-functional partnership skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term maintenance plans.
• Create and manage master schedules and monitor progress.
• Audit CMMS data for work orders and job plans.
• Prepare performance reports and identify improvements.
• Evaluate processes to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain CMMS data including asset locations and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and environmental standards.
• Support purchasing, receiving, and expediting functions.
• Review and manage service contracts and vendor agreements.
• Lead negotiations with vendors and contractors.
