Job summary

Aulani Resort, a Disney property on Oʻahu, Hawaii, seeks an Engineering Planner/Scheduler III to support safe, efficient maintenance operations. This salaried role collaborates across maintenance, manufacturing and engineering teams to optimize labor, materials, and equipment usage on site.

The role reports to the Director of Engineering & Facilities, requires 3+ years planning and CMMS experience, and offers a full-time schedule with Disney benefits.

Qualifications

• Maintain CMMS data, including asset locations and equipment details.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, federal, state, and environmental regulations.
• Support purchasing, receiving, and expediting functions.
• Review and manage existing service contracts and vendor agreements.
• Lead negotiations with new vendors and contractors to secure favorable terms.

As a Planner/Scheduler III at Aulani Resort, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe maintenance operations of the resort. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate resources to optimize labor, materials, and equipment usage. Your efforts will support compliance with regulatory standards, promote cost-effective practices, and foster collaboration across diverse maintenance, manufacturing, and engineering teams.

This full-time, salaried position reports to the Director of Engineering & Facilities and will work onsite at Aulani Resort on Oahu, Hawaii.

The hiring range for this position in Hawaii is $72,000 to $96,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
