Job summary

Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, is seeking a Planner/Scheduler III to ensure efficient and safe maintenance operations at the resort on Oahu, Hawaii. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate resources to optimize labor, materials, and equipment usage while supporting regulatory compliance and cross-team collaboration.

The role reports to the Director of Engineering & Facilities and is a full-time, on-site position at Aulani Resort.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project planning, coordinating, and scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with CMMS.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build partnerships across teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term maintenance plans.
• Create and manage master schedules, monitor progress, and resolve variances.
• Audit CMMS data for work orders and job plans to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and interpret performance reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate current work processes and recommend changes to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain CMMS data, including asset locations and equipment details.
