Job summary

Amgen Inc. in Rhode Island seeks a Sr. Associate Maintenance Planner to support ARI Facilities & Engineering Work Order Planning and Scheduling.

You will plan, schedule, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating with multiple disciplines to minimize downtime and ensure compliant operations. Responsibilities include writing Job Plan steps in the CMMS, coordinating with customers and quality, and aligning resources and parts for efficient execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years in mechanical/utilities maintenance.
• Associate/Bachelor’s with related maintenance experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance tasks with safety and compliance in mind.
• Develop work scopes, resources, and parts for preventive and corrective tasks.
• Create clear Job Plan steps in the CMMS for work orders.
• Coordinate with customers, quality, and inventory on status and needs.
• Collaborate to optimize maintenance sequences and minimize downtime.
