Job summary

Aspen Aerogels Rhode Island LLC in East Providence, RI is seeking a Maintenance Planner to drive the site’s maintenance and reliability strategy. You will own CMMS administration, manage asset hierarchy, spares, and work orders, and coordinate with Reliability, Plant Utilities, and Storeroom to align plans with manpower and materials.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, PM/PdM optimization, and compliance with PSM/MOC, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years maintenance or 3+ years planning/Scheduling in manufacturing.
• CMMS platform proficiency with Asset Essentials, SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Infor EAM or eMaint.
• Strong cross-functional communication; ability to read P&IDs, drawings and OEM manuals.

Responsibilities

• Own CMMS administration: asset hierarchy, PM/PdM tasks, spares records, work orders lifecycle.
• Coordinate maintenance plan with Shift Supervisors; align with manpower and materials.
• Link CMMS with PSM/MOC programs; document changes and track compliance.
• Support ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 audits with accurate asset records.
