Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Sr. Associate Maintenance Planner to provide planning and scheduling support for the Rhode Island site. You will work with manufacturing, process engineering, utility operations, quality assurance, and validation to implement operational improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of related maintenance experience, or some higher education with experience.
• Associate’s/2 years maintenance experience may apply.
• Bachelor’s with 6 months maintenance experience, or Master’s/Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in regulated environments (cGMP/OSHA/EPA) is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with disciplines to implement operational improvements.
• Support project implementation ensuring schedule adherence.
• Develop scope, resources, and parts for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Write clear CMMS Job Plan steps for maintenance work orders.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding work order status and requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and crafts to schedule maintenance activities.
