Job summary

Aspen Aerogels, Inc. in East Providence, RI is seeking a Maintenance Planner to drive standardization of maintenance and reliability initiatives. The role focuses on CMMS administration, asset hierarchy, and PM/PdM task definitions, collaborating with the Reliability Engineer to deliver measurable improvements.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with shift supervisors, plan work orders, and ensure compliance with PSM and MOC requirements while supporting ISO audits and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years hands-on maintenance experience or 3+ years in maintenance planning/scheduling with CMMS exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own administration of the site CMMS including asset hierarchy, PM/PdM task definitions, spares/inventory records, and full work order lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Reliability Engineer to translate PM/RCM recommendations into CMMS updates.
• Plan and schedule maintenance work orders with Shift Supervisors ensuring proper scoping and resources.
• Strengthen CMMS linkage with PSM and MOC programs and ensure traceability of changes.
• Maintain CMMS documentation and asset records for ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 audits.
