Aequor in Fremont, CA is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Planner Scheduler – Maintenance & Calibration to plan and schedule preventive maintenance and calibration activities for manufacturing equipment.

You will manage work orders in SAP/CMMS, coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Manufacturing and external vendors, and ensure compliance with cGMP/SOPs. This role operates on the 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience planning maintenance and calibration activities for manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of GMP/cGMP requirements in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (Maintenance, Engineering, Manufacturing) and external vendors.

Responsabilités

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and calibration activities for manufacturing equipment.
• Manage maintenance work orders, schedules, and documentation using SAP/CMMS systems.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and external vendors.
• Ensure maintenance and calibration activities comply with cGMP requirements and SOPs.
• Track work order completion, equipment maintenance schedules, and calibration records.
