Job summary

System One in Fremont, CA seeks a Sr Maintenance & Calibration Planner (contract, onsite) to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities across operations, maintenance, engineering and contractors. The role focuses on planning future work, developing work plans, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.

Candidates should have an AS/AA degree and at least four years of manufacturing experience, plus ERP (Oracle/SAP) and CMMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• AS/AA degree in engineering, maintenance or related discipline and progressive manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of four years of manufacturing experience.
• ERP (Oracle / SAP) experience and CMMS expertise.
• Strong planning, organizing and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops work plans from requests and site inspection.
• Estimates man-hours, duration and parts costs for maintenance tasks.
• Publishes weekly planned maintenance lists and tracks work orders.
• Reviews maintenance performance to improve PM programs and inventory.
• Interfaces with operations, maintenance, and engineering for cost and resource planning.
• Maintains CMMS updates and KPI reporting.
