Job summary

ASR Group in Crockett, CA is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Supervisor to coordinate daily, weekly and monthly maintenance scheduling, drive the preventative program, and ensure parts are ordered and inventory levels are optimal.

You will update SAP with maintenance data, supervise maintenance personnel, and collaborate with production to minimize downtime while upholding GMP and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; BS/BA preferred in a related field.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Scheduling, planning, or similar inventory and PM program experience required.
• Experience operating SAP systems preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge required; electrical/PLC knowledge preferred.
• Intermediate or better Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive, self-directed work style.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly scheduling of maintenance plans.
• Achieve the set preventative maintenance schedule.
• Analyze maintenance repair specs to determine tools, parts, and human resources.
• Order parts according to lead times and monitor inventory levels.
• Update SAP with preventative maintenance data.
• Communicate between maintenance and production.
• Supervise, motivate and train maintenance personnel.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime.
