Job summary

The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. The ideal candidate has CMMS experience and strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), plus the ability to work with maintenance, engineering, production, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering/maintenance.
• Minimum 4 years in manufacturing/industrial maintenance environment.
• Experience planning, scheduling, and managing work orders in CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Develop detailed maintenance work plans with labor estimates, materials, tools, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate schedules across production, maintenance, engineering, and contractors to minimize disruptions.
• Create, update, and manage maintenance work orders in CMMS.
• Ensure spare parts and tools are available for scheduled maintenance.
• Review maintenance histories and recommend improvements to programs.
