The role requires 5–9+ years of experience for senior level or 3–5+ for intermediate, with a Journeyman’s certification.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, inspections, room setups, and assisting with construction and installation.

Qualifications

• 5 to 9+ years of relevant work experience, with a Journeyman’s certification in related trade required.
• 3 to 5+ years of relevant work experience, with a Journeyman’s certification in related trade.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Performs troubleshooting and repairs of electrical, pneumatic, mechanical and hydraulic components.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains plumbing for water distribution and wastewater disposal.
• Conducts scheduled inspections, service, and preventive maintenance for complex equipment.
• Participate or lead stretch assignments.
• Assist in construction and installation activities related to facility structure, infrastructure, and furnishings.
• Monitor and adjust equipment to optimize availability and yield.
• Assist with room setups, snow/ice removal and inclement weather cleanup.
• Follow OSHA and safety requirements; use hand tools and meters; operate building automation systems.
