Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 3–5 years for intermediate, 5–9+ years for senior.
• Valid State Driver's License required.
• Certification in related trade (optional).
• General understanding of personal computers and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures for water distribution and waste-water disposal.
• Perform scheduled inspections for preventive maintenance on safety and operational equipment.
• Paint non-complex accessories and fixtures.
• Support fleet vehicles and document work in CMMS.
• Assist in construction/installation activities related to facility MEP and furnishings.
• Ensure tasks comply with OSHA safety regulations.
• Assist with mail, deliveries, and document transport as needed.
• Handle simple office furniture installation and room setups.
• Use hand tools and meters; manage material handling equipment.
