Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond is seeking a Facilities HVAC Operator for 2nd shift (2pm–10pm) to operate, monitor, repair and maintain HVAC, fire protection and plumbing systems. The role requires rotating weekends and is located in Richmond, VA.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years (Intermediate) or 5–9+ years (Senior) of HVAC experience, a high school diploma, and preferred certifications such as CFC/EPA. The Bank offers comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• The Intermediate level HVAC Operator should have 3 to 5+ years of relevant HVAC work experience.
• The Senior level HVAC Operator should have 5 to 9+ years of relevant HVAC work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, testing, and monitoring of HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing systems; apply corrective actions.
• Maintain logs on boilers and chillers to verify inspections.
• Assist other departments and trades as required.
