Job summary

LiDestri Food and Drink is seeking an experienced Mechanic/Electrician III to lead the maintenance team, maintaining and enhancing production equipment. You will work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and drive continuous improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external customers while adhering to safety and quality audits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and interpret English safety rules, manuals, and operating instructions.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment including motors, controls, and diverse voltages.
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• LiDestri experience 5+ years with plant machinery.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to support production requirements.
• Set up, repair, install, and maintain machinery including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and contribute to continuous improvements.
• Lead plant shut-down maintenance projects and mentor team members.
• Communicate repair status effectively with other departments.
