Job summary

LiDestri Foods is seeking a Mechanic Electrician III for the Tech-1st Shift (6 AM–2:30 PM). The role leads on the maintenance team to maintain and upgrade equipment ensuring production targets are met.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, proven leadership, and can communicate effectively with internal teams. A high school diploma is required and basic computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use email and internet search.
• Ability to read, write and interpret English safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with various units of measure.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Ability to follow written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to support production goals.
• Repair, install, and maintain machinery including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Coordinate with shifts to review schedules and plan changeovers.
• Perform preventive and planned maintenance on equipment and utilities.
