Job summary

LiDestri Food and Drink Fresno, CA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician III to lead the maintenance team and ensure production equipment runs reliably. The role covers repair, installation and preventative maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems across the plant.

Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude with 5+ years in a LiDestri environment is preferred; candidate will mentor others and coordinate improvements with production and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and controls.
• Knowledge of electrical schematics and test equipment.
• Familiarity with Lock-Out/Tag-Out and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Set up, repair, install and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Lead maintenance activities with strong mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades on plant equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctions and coordinate repairs with teams.
• Lead plant shut-down maintenance projects and train staff.
