Job summary

LiDestri Food and Drink is seeking a Mechanic/Electrician III to lead maintenance on production equipment at our Fresno facility. You will install, repair, and optimize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, supervise a maintenance team, and ensure compliance with food safety and SQF audits.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on troubleshooting, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with 3 phase motors and control wiring.
• Familiarity with LOTO, hot work, confined space training preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Setup, repair, install, and maintain machinery including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Lead maintenance team and coordinate with production to meet needs.
• Perform preventive and planned maintenance of equipment and utilities.
• Diagnose malfunctions and lead repairs on high-value equipment.
• Coordinate changeovers and communicate repair status across shifts.
• Adhere to safety, food safety, SQF audits and documentation standards.
• Mentor and train team members on equipment use and maintenance.
