Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and control wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of Lock-Out Tag-Out and safety procedures.
• Experience with testing and measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Set up, repair, install and maintain machinery including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibrate equipment to meet production needs.
• Diagnose malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance and production teams.
• Assist with new equipment installation and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, SQF, and food safety guidelines.
