Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting safety rules, manuals, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and unit conversions.
• Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer literacy for online systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to support production by maintaining and upgrading equipment.
• Repair, install, and maintain machinery including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventive and planned maintenance on electrical and utility equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctions and coordinate repairs with maintenance and production teams.
• Mentor and train teammates in mechanical and electrical skills.
