Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Victorville, CA is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager responsible for the maintenance department's performance, asset reliability, uptime and CAPEX at the Victorville plant.

This role leads the maintenance team, drives TPM and Lean initiatives, develops staff, manages the budget, and partners with site leadership to ensure safety, quality and productivity. Relocation assistance eligible and competitive benefits package included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of managerial level experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, pull and visual systems.
• Clear understanding of TPM and use of tools and data for problem solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Champions safety culture and ensures a safe working environment.
• Defines and executes TPM goals and measures performance.
• Develops and coaches maintenance/engineering teams for high performance.
• Improves factory efficiency and asset utilization through reliable maintenance practices.
• Drives and measures continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve OEE.
• Manages stockroom operations and supports Lean TPM integration across production.
