Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking an Aseptic Whole Line Performance Leader in Victorville, CA.

You will own the Sidel and Krones aseptic line, drive loss elimination, and coordinate cross-functional teams for sustained top-line performance across maintenance, engineering, planning and OEM partners. You will lead a capital-driven program, ensure readiness for new equipment installations, and develop and sustain maintenance strategies that maximize OEE and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technical/Engineering preferred; MBA/engineering management a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing and engineering.
• Expertise in Aseptic Blow Molding, Filling and Capping.
• Experience with aseptic filling is required.
• Project management certification a plus.
• Strong leadership with track record on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Own Whole-Line Performance for the Sidel and Krones Aseptic Line.
• Develop and lead a cross-functional rapid response team to diagnose, contain, and permanently eliminate losses.
• Serve as the line owner between CAPEX teams, OEMs, and the plant for new installations, ensuring design integration and readiness.
• Collaborate to develop training for technical independence with E&T Pillar.
• Develop Platinum Level PMs, CIL, cleaning and OH schedules with AM/PM Pillar.
• Ensure annual audits are completed in a timely manner and optimize pricing with OEMs.
• Lead capital projects with vertical ramp-ups and sustained performance improvements.
• Collaborate on network capacity plans and maintenance labor standard adherence.
• Drive KPI improvements via dashboards and corrective actions.
